Yes, of course. The three routes we suggest are primarily intended as ideas to help you discover our region. They are entirely flexible and can be tailored to suit your wishes, your schedule, and your preferences. You are free to adapt the stops, remove some or add others, in order to create an itinerary that truly reflects you.
No, the routes are not guided as a whole. They are designed to be followed independently, allowing you complete freedom in how you organize your time. However, some of the visits included along the routes may be guided.
The best time to admire the lavender in bloom is during the month of July, though flowering usually begins in late June. Visiting in July will allow you to fully enjoy the iconic landscapes of Provence.
Most sites and attractions in the region are accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, some visits do not have suitable facilities, including the Château de la Rotonde, the Le Bleuet bookstore in Banon, and the visit to the Observatoire de Haute-Provence. For the Abbaye de Valsaintes, the Prieuré de Salagon, Château Villard, and the Astronomy Center, please contact them directly for more information.
